Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi

Travel: Pan India

Gender: Male & Female Candidates

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage retail operations across multiple locations
- Drive sales and achieve business targets
- Monitor store performance, sales and operational activities
- Lead, manage and motivate retail teams
- Conduct regular Pan India store visits
- Ensure company policies, SOPs and operational standards are followed
- Analyze sales and performance reports and identify improvement areas
- Coordinate with Head Office to resolve operational issues
- Support new store launches and business expansion

Candidate Requirements:



✔ 2–4 years of experience in Area Management / Retail Operations

✔ Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills

✔ Sales-driven and target-oriented approach

✔ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

✔ Willingness to travel Pan India

✔ Experience in Beauty, Salon, Wellness, FMCG or Retail will be preferred
