Shift: 12 PM – 9 Pm Languages: Tamil & English
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple restaurant/outlet operations
- Monitor sales, customer service & outlet performance
- Handle and guide outlet teams
- Ensure SOP, food quality & hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory, wastage & operational costs
- Conduct outlet visits and resolve operational issues
- Support sales growth and local marketing activities
- Prepare operational/performance reports
Requirements: Experience in Restaurant / QSR / F&B; Operations
Strong team-handling & communication skills
Willingness to travel across assigned outlets
Good knowledge of restaurant operations & customer service
