- As a Area Business Manager (1st line manager position) you will based at Mumbai HQ to handle Sales & Business Development of Ortho and Respiratory Segment covering Virar, Mira Road & Borivali for reputed Pharma company.
- You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
- You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
- You should be valuable in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
- You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.
Required Candidate Profile:-
- You should be B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 08-10 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 1-2 years as Area Sales Manager handling of Orthopedic and Respiratory Segment covering Virar, Mira Road & Borivali for reputed Pharma company.
- You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development.
- You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions , launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
- You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force.
