Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman with over 3 years of experience in architectural drafting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing detailed architectural drawings, with a preference for those who have worked on high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD

· Translate conceptual sketches and drawings into working technical drawings

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for design intent and accuracy

· Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements

· Maintain and organize drawing sets and documentation for projects

· Update and revise drawings based on site feedback and design changes

Skills Required

· Proficient in AutoCAD with strong drafting speed and precision

· Good understanding of architectural detailing, especially for high-rise projects





· Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

· Basic knowledge of building materials, construction practices, and bylaws

· Familiarity with MS Office and digital file management

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

· Diploma in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or a related field

· Experience with Revit or other BIM tools is an added advantage

· Prior experience in a reputed architectural firm, especially on large-scale/high-rise projects
