Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Chennai. The Architect will develop concept designs, detailed architectural drawings, and interior layouts, ensuring alignment with project requirements, building codes, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand needs, preparing presentations and design documentation, and collaborating with structural, MEP, and other consultants. The Architect will support project management activities such as scheduling, resource coordination, and site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.



Daily tasks also involve integrating design solutions with appropriate materials, technologies, and workflows to deliver efficient and well-executed projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development and detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration, ensuring cohesive collaboration between architectural design, interiors, and engineering disciplines.
- Candidates should possess relevant software and technical skills, such as proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and visualization software.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and permitting processes in Chennai or similar urban environments.
- Solid communication, client-facing, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects or tasks with minimal supervision.
