Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and plans, coordinating with clients and consultants, and supporting projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs based on project requirements.

- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

- Create 2D and 3D models, presentations, and design visualizations.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and design preferences.

- Conduct site visits and monitor work progress to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants as required.

- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and other project documentation when required.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.

- Make revisions to drawings and designs based on client and project requirements.

- Assist in preparing presentations and design proposals.

- Maintain accurate project drawings, files, and documentation.

- Coordinate with contractors and site teams during project execution.

- Assist senior architects in planning,



designing, and executing projects.

- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

- 0–3 years of experience in architectural design or a related role.

- Freshers with strong technical and design skills may also apply.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software will be an advantage.

- Positive understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.

- Strong creative and visualization skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Willingness to visit project sites when required.
