Role & responsibilities
Manage architectural design from concept to project completion.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, and Contractors.
Review and monitor design development, drawings, and technical submissions.
Ensure timely completion of design deliverables within approved budgets.
Resolve design-related technical issues and provide necessary guidance.
Conduct site visits as required to monitor execution and ensure design compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and approvals.
