Role & responsibilities

1. Should be able to handle liaisoning work with Corporation, Town Planning, PCMC, PMRDA, etc.
2. Should be well versed in all relevant rules, regulations and bye laws pertaining to liaisoning work.
3. Preparation of feasibility report, coordination with consultants, amenities, landscaping, etc.
4. Should be able to calculate built up and saleable area
5. Should have knowledge of Autocad, 3D Max, Revit, etc.
6. Should be able to prepare and get the plans sanctioned for projects.
7. Liaisoning with officials for NOCs & sanctioning.
8. Initial designing of project buildings & concept drawings for discussion.
9. Contribute in discussions on aesthetics, specifications, amenities & landscaping & Check progress on work & quality.

Working Knowledge of RERA

MALE CANDIDATES ONLY

He should have a pleasant personality and should have excellent verbal & written communication skills. He should be well versed in MS Office & other basic computer skills. Working knowledge of ERP will be preferred. Highly motivated and result oriented and should able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
