We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Architect – Civil with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. In this role, you will help design, refine, and execute architectural and structural plans for civil, commercial, or residential projects. You will work closely with senior architects, civil engineers, and site contractors to translate design concepts into code-compliant, structurally sound building documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design &
- Drafting:

Draft 2D architectural layouts, elevation drawings, section details, and site plans using AutoCAD and Revit based on senior architect guidelines.

- Engineering &

- Structural Alignment:

Collaborate with structural and civil engineers to ensure architectural designs align with load-bearing requirements, utility layouts, and MEP infrastructure.

- Building Code &

- Permit Documentation:

Assist in preparing municipal submission drawings, permit packages, and documentation that adhere to local zoning, safety, and building codes.

- Site Visits &

- Supervision:

Perform periodic site inspections to inspect construction progress, confirm compliance with design blueprints, and assist in resolving field conflicts.

- Material &

- BOQ Coordination:

Assist in selecting building materials, preparing basic Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and writing technical specifications for procurement.

- Client &

- Team Coordination:

Coordinate with internal team members and sub-consultants to keep project deadlines on track.





Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering/Architecture equivalent from an accredited institution.

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in an architecture firm, civil consultancy, or construction company.

- Licensure: Registered/Licensed Architect (or in the active process of licensure/COA/AIA enrollment).

- Software Proficiency:

- CAD &
- BIM:

Advanced skills in AutoCAD and working proficiency in Revit (BIM modeling).

- 3D Visualization: Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Enscape for basic spatial rendering.

- General: MS Office Suite (Excel for quantity estimation).

- Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in building construction methods, structural drawing interpretation, spatial planning, and local building codes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Practical experience in conducting site measurements and land survey coordination.

- Exposure to green building concepts or basic LEED design principles.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
