Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aptitude and Technical Expert based at Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies in Delhi, India. The role involves designing and delivering aptitude and technical training sessions for students across MCA, MBA, BJMC, and BBA programs, including classroom teaching, workshops, and practice labs.

The expert will create assessment tools, conduct tests, analyze performance data, and provide individual feedback and mentoring to help learners improve their problem-solving and technical capabilities. Daily responsibilities include developing learning materials, staying current with industry trends and recruitment patterns, coordinating with faculty and placement teams, and offering technical support to students during practice and evaluations.



The role also requires active participation in academic planning, student counseling related to aptitude and technical skills, and contribution to continuous improvement of the institute’s training methodology.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including quantitative reasoning, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including explicit classroom instruction, presentation abilities, and student mentoring.
- Candidates should possess technical support skills, including troubleshooting basic technical issues and guiding students on technical tools or platforms.
- Candidates should possess research and development (R&D;) skills, including curriculum enhancement, content development, and familiarity with current aptitude and technical assessment trends.
- Candidates should possess customer service–oriented skills, including patience, responsiveness, and a learner-centered approach to supporting diverse student needs.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in aptitude training, technical coaching, campus recruitment preparation, or similar academic/industry roles is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using educational technologies, assessment tools, and standard office software for content delivery and performance tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively
