Shift: Rotational

Interview: Walk-in | 2 PM – 3 PM

Hiring AR Callers with experience in AR Physician Billing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on outstanding medical claims with insurance companies, patients and providers.
- Handle denials, appeals, claim corrections, EOB and ERA.
- Work on Medicare, Medicaid and CMS-1500.
- Ensure timely claim resolution and reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate claim and follow-up records.
- Handle high-volume voice calls with quality and productivity.
