Role Description The Applied AI Trainer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing and delivering instructor-led sessions on applied artificial intelligence, including practical use cases, hands-on exercises, and project-based learning.

The trainer will create learning materials, such as presentations, assignments, and assessments, and regularly update content to reflect current AI tools, techniques, and industry trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring learners, providing feedback on projects, supporting doubt-clearing sessions,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve curriculum quality and learner outcomes. The Applied AI Trainer will also participate in workshops, demonstrations, and events that showcase AcceleratorX’s learning offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in applied AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, data analysis, and practical implementation of AI tools.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training or educational programs, preferably in AI, data science, or related fields.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, accessible language for diverse learner audiences.
- Proficiency with common AI frameworks and platforms (e.g., Python-based ML libraries, cloud AI services) is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated mentoring or coaching experience and a learner-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance program quality.
