cycling, running, and everyday outdoor exploration. Our mission is to create products that combine thoughtful design,

exceptional quality, and lasting performance.

We're looking for someone who can build and own our sourcing and vendor ecosystem as we scale from launch to a full product portfolio and become part of our early core team in the process.

What You'll Do

Procure bulk apparel & merchandise T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, caps, bags, bottles, mugs, and other launch/long-

term categories at the right cost, quality, and timeline

Identify, evaluate, and tie up with vendors: blank garment manufacturers, printing partners (DTF, DTG, sublimation &

screen printing), and packaging suppliers

Negotiate MOQs, pricing, payment terms, and turnaround time; build long-term, reliable vendor relationships

Ensure quality control fabric GSM, stitching, shrinkage, colour consistency, and sample approvals before bulk runs

Track vendors against a scorecard (quality, MOQ flexibility, turnaround, communication, price) and expand the vendor base as we grow into new categories

Coordinate purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory planning with the founding team

Maintain costing sheets and vendor comparisons for informed purchase decisions





Conduct vendor visits and factory evaluations as needed

What We're Looking For

Ready to work in dynamic startup environment.

Proven experience in purchase / vendor management in apparel, textile and merchandise sourcing e-commerce/D2C brand experience preferred

¢

Background in apparel manufacturing, export houses, buying houses, private label manufacturing, D2C brands,

corporate merchandise, or sportswear/outdoor apparel

Strong negotiation skills and an eye for fabric & print quality

Familiarity with sourcing hubs such as Tiruppur, Ludhiana, Delhi NCR, Surat, Noida, or Delhi NCR etc

Extensive travel to sourcing hubs-Tiruppur, Ludhiana, Delhi NCR, Noida, Surat, Ahmedabad, and other sourcing hubs as needed

Expertise in using Excel/Google Sheets for vendor comparison, costing, and purchase tracking; ERP experience is an advantage

Genuine passion for outdoor lifestyle products and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment

Well organised, proactive, and dependable with strong follow-through on vendor commitments

Technical Know-How

Fabrics: Cotton & organic cotton, cotton blends, polyester, French terry, fleece, dry-fit etc

Products: T-shirts, oversized tees, hoodies & sweatshirts, jackets, polos, caps, tote bags, bottles, mugs

Printing & Decoration: Screen printing, DTF/DTG, sublimation, embroidery,



puff & silicone printing, reflective printing

Vendor Hubs: Tiruppur (knits & cotton), Ludhiana (winterwear & knits), Surat (technical & polyester), Delhi NCR (caps,

bags & accessories), Jaipur (canvas & cotton accessories), plus Noida, Bengaluru & Ahmedabad

Startup Mindset:

Dewdropz is an early-stage startup, and this role will be an important part of building our apparel sourcing and vendor ecosystem from the ground up.

This is not a conventional 9-to-5 procurement role with a fixed list of approved vendors and established processes.

¢ Finding and developing current apparel manufacturers, fabric suppliers, printing partners and accessory vendors

¢ Working directly with factories, manufacturers and suppliers

¢ Negotiating aggressively but building long-term, reliable vendor relationships

¢ Working with evolving product requirements and incomplete briefs

¢ Taking ownership of sourcing projects from vendor discovery sampling costing negotiation production delivery

¢ Moving quickly to solve sourcing, quality, pricing and production issues

¢ Visiting factories and sourcing hubs when required

¢ Managing multiple vendors and product categories simultaneously

¢ Building systems, processes and vendor databases as the company grows

¢ Working directly with the founders and contributing to purchasing and product decisions

¢ Working under tight timelines and changing priorities

¢ Being resourceful when the right supplier or solution isn't immediately available

You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on startup environment where priorities can change quickly and you may need to solve problems independently.
