JOB TITLE: AMAZON ACCOUNT MANAGER – E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS

ABOUT MICROMINI

Micromini is a fast-growing e-commerce and retail business specialising in gaming consoles, gaming accessories, electronics, collectibles, toys, and imported products. We operate Micromini along with multiple sub-brands across Amazon, our own website, retail stores, and other online marketplaces.

We are looking for an experienced and highly accountable Amazon Account Manager who can take complete ownership of our Amazon business and work closely with the CEO to improve sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and team performance.

This is not a routine listing-management position. The selected candidate must think like a business owner, identify problems independently, implement solutions, and deliver measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Amazon Business Management

- Take end-to-end ownership of Micromini and its sub-brands on Amazon
- Manage product listings, catalogues, variations, inventory, pricing, orders, and account health
- Create and optimise product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content
- Monitor Buy Box performance, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and catalogue errors
- Coordinate FBA, Easy Ship, Self-Ship, and inventory replenishment activities
- Handle Seller Support cases, SAFE-T claims, reimbursements, returns, and operational escalations
- Protect the account from policy violations, listing removals, and account-health risks

Sales and Profitability:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, conversions, organic ranking, and profitability
- Analyse category demand, competitor pricing, customer behaviour, and market trends
- Identify new product and brand opportunities for Micromini and its sub-brands
- Maintain healthy margins while controlling Amazon fees, advertising costs, returns, and discounts




- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts, targets, and performance reports

Amazon Advertising:
- Create, manage, and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, and advertising-attributed sales
- Perform keyword research and continuously optimise campaign structure and budgets
- Reduce unproductive advertising expenditure while scaling profitable campaigns

Team and Operations Management:
- Assign and monitor daily tasks for the Amazon operations team
- Establish measurable KPIs and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, accounts, creative, website, and retail teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews and immediately escalate critical business issues
- Work directly with the CEO on growth strategies, business priorities, and operational improvements
- Create SOPs and systems that reduce dependency on individual employees

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- Strong knowledge of Amazon India marketplace operations
- Proven experience managing sales, listings, advertising, inventory, and account health
- Good understanding of Amazon fees, settlements, reimbursements, returns, and profitability
- Robust Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Ability to interpret business data and convert it into actionable decisions
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Experience managing a team or coordinating multiple departments is preferred
- Experience in electronics, gaming, imported products, toys,



or high-value products is an advantage

- Monthly sales growth and profitability
- Advertising ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS
- Listing conversion rate and organic ranking improvements
- Account-health performance and issue-resolution time
- Inventory availability and stock planning accuracy
- Return, cancellation, and operational error rates
- Completion of weekly targets and assigned projects
- Team productivity and reporting accuracy
