About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Alumni Relations Intern to help us build and energise the NIIT Alumni Community, starting with our LinkedIn page. You'll be responsible for growing our alumni following, sparking real conversations, and reconnecting thousands of NIIT graduates with each other and with NIIT.

This isn't a back-office internship. You'll own content, track what's working, and help shape a community that alumni actually want to be part of.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Community Growth

- Drive engagement and follower growth on the NIIT Alumni LinkedIn Community
- Create posts that spark interaction, nostalgia and conversation among alumni
- Build two-way communication strategies rather than one-off announcements

Database Revitalisation

- Analyse our existing alumni database to identify key segments for reactivation
- Reach out to inactive alumni across social and other channels
- Work with internal teams to keep alumni data accurate and current

Community Building

- Bridge alumni and current students through mentorship and career-insight initiatives




- Co-create content with alumni that highlights their success stories and NIIT journey

Reporting & Feedback

- Track engagement metrics and report on outreach effectiveness
- Gather alumni feedback to keep refining the approach

What We're Looking For

Below skills are useful only if you can express your thoughts freely, in short, we are looking for someone outspoken and extrovert :)

- So, if you are currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's degree
- Have genuine enthusiasm for community building, not just content posting
- Positive organisational skills; comfortable managing multiple threads at once
- Familiarity with Canva or similar content tools is a plus
