Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and versatile All Rounder Chef who can independently handle multiple kitchen operations and prepare a variety of dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu.
- Handle different sections of the kitchen as required.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and ensure proper mise en place.
- Monitor food quality and freshness.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage food storage and prevent wastage.




- Check inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
- Follow standard recipes and portion controls.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support menu preparation and new dish development when required.
