Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Air Export shipments from booking to final departure.

- Coordinate with airlines, customers, overseas agents, transporters, and warehouse teams.

- Prepare and verify export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, Shipping Bill, Invoice, Packing List, and other related documents.

- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for customs clearance.

- Arrange bookings with airlines and monitor flight schedules.

- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and overseas agents.

- Ensure timely execution of shipments while meeting customer timelines.

- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational documentation.

- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal departments for smooth shipment execution.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Air Export Operations with a Freight Forwarding company (Mandatory).





- Good knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.

- Familiarity with airline booking processes and shipment coordination.

- Solid communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Graduation in any discipline.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with Freight Forwarding industry experience only.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
