About the Role

We are looking for a creative, internet-native Video Editor who understands how content works across social media, YouTube and emerging AI-powered creative workflows.

You will work on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube videos, branded content, social media campaigns, motion graphics and AI-generated video content.

We are looking for someone with strong editing fundamentals and a curiosity for new creative tools. You should understand pacing, storytelling, hooks, audience retention, captions, sound design, motion graphics and visual communication.

You should also be comfortable using Canva and exploring AI tools to generate visuals, video sequences, creative assets and new content formats.

What You Will Do

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, Shorts and other short-form videos.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos.
- Turn raw footage, existing assets and AI-generated visuals into engaging stories.
- Create strong hooks and openings designed to capture audience attention.
- Use pacing, cuts, B-roll, graphics, captions, sound design and visual effects to improve engagement.
- Create motion graphics, text animations and visual elements.
- Generate and edit AI-powered video content for social media and campaigns.
- Use AI tools to create visual assets, video sequences, backgrounds and creative elements wherever required.
- Work with Canva to create and adapt social media assets and video creatives.
- Explore current AI tools and workflows that can improve creative quality and production speed.
- Collaborate with the content and creative team on ideas and execution.
- Organise project files and maintain a smooth editing workflow.
- Stay updated with evolving editing styles, social media trends and AI-powered creative tools.

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva
- Motion graphics
- Text animation
- Captions and subtitles
- Sound design and music selection
- Basic colour correction and grading
- Storytelling and pacing
- Social media hooks and audience retention

AI Skills We are looking for someone who is comfortable experimenting with AI-powered creative tools.

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

- AI image and video generation tools
- AI-assisted editing workflows
- AI avatars and talking-head generation
- Generative visual effects and image-to-video workflows

You do not need experience with every AI tool. A strong curiosity, fast learning ability and hands-on experimentation with AI video and creative tools will be highly valued.
