We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled AI & Robotics Trainer who enjoys building projects, developing prototypes, solving technical challenges, and delivering engaging practical training. The role focuses on AI & Robotics project development, along with implementation, technical support, and training at partner schools across Delhi NCR.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Development

- Design, develop, test, and improve AI, Robotics, Coding, IoT, and STEM-based projects, models, and prototypes.
- Work with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, NodeMCU, sensors, motors, electronics, and embedded systems.
- Develop programs using Python, Scratch, C/C++, or block-based coding platforms.
- Integrate hardware and software to create functional AI and robotics solutions.
- Build, debug, troubleshoot, customize, and optimize projects according to curriculum and business requirements.
- Develop technical documentation, activity guides, and project manuals.
- Support the development of robotics kits, Innovation Labs, STEM activities, and educational solutions.
- Develop projects for exhibitions, competitions, hackathons, demonstrations, and innovation programs.

Training & School Support

- Conduct hands-on AI, Robotics, Coding, STEM, and IoT sessions in partner schools.
- Demonstrate projects and guide students in developing robotics and AI solutions.
- Conduct workshops, boot camps, exhibitions, and technical demonstrations.




- Support Innovation Lab implementation and robotics lab setup.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot robotics kits and lab equipment.
- Coordinate with teachers, school management, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Technical Support

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, programming, and electronics-related issues.
- Maintain project records, testing reports, implementation reports, and technical documentation.
- Continuously improve project quality, functionality, and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related technical disciplines.
- 1–4 years of experience in AI, Robotics, STEM, IoT, Embedded Systems, EdTech, Technical Training, Product Development, or related fields.
- Candidates with strong hands-on project development experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of AI, Robotics, Coding, IoT, and STEM.
- Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, NodeMCU, electronics, sensors, motors, and microcontrollers.
- Programming knowledge of Python, Scratch, C/C++, or block-based coding.
- Understanding of hardware-software integration and embedded systems.
- Ability to develop, test, debug, and troubleshoot working prototypes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students, teachers, and school management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
- Passion for innovation, hands-on learning, and technology development.




- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in AI, Robotics, IoT, or STEM project development.
- Knowledge of Computer Vision, OpenCV, Machine Learning, AI APIs, or Generative AI tools.
- Experience with robotics competitions, hackathons, exhibitions, or innovation challenges.
- Experience working with schools, EdTech companies, STEM Labs, or Robotics Labs.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys building cutting-edge projects and working with both hardware and software. The ideal candidate should be confident in project development, troubleshooting, conducting practical training sessions, and communicating effectively with students, teachers, and school management.

Travel Requirement

Travel will primarily be within Delhi NCR for project implementation, robotics lab setup, school workshops, technical support, demonstrations, competitions, exhibitions, and training sessions.
