AI Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead Developer to lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions , from architecture and development to deployment . The candidate will work closely with international clients and global teams , lead AI development teams, create and demonstrate AI/ML Proof of Concepts (POCs) , and deliver scalable AI solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead AI/ML projects from conceptualization and architecture to implementation and deployment.
- Lead the creation and development of AI/ML POCs based on business and client requirements.
- Translate business requirements into AI solution concepts, prototypes, and Proof of Concepts to validate technical feasibility and business value.
- Design and develop scalable and robust AI/ML models and systems .
- Develop AI/ML prototypes and POCs using technologies such as Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, TensorFlow, and PyTorch .
- Present POC architecture, approach, outcomes, and recommendations to international clients and stakeholders.
- Evaluate POC results and identify opportunities to scale successful POCs into production-ready AI solutions .
- Work with international clients and global teams to understand business requirements and provide effective AI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the AI development team.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product Management, and Business teams .
- Ensure code quality, documentation, security, compliance, and timely project delivery .
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, POC demonstrations,



and project reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.

Mandatory Skills and Keywords

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML Development
- Strong experience in AI/ML Project Delivery from Scratch to Deployment
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML POC Creation and Development
- Experience in Proof of Concept (POC) Development and AI Prototyping
- Experience converting Business Requirements into AI/ML Solutions and POCs
- Experience in POC-to-Production / Productionization of AI Solutions
- Strong hands-on experience in Python
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (ML)
- Experience in Deep Learning
- Experience in NLP / Natural Language Processing
- Experience in Computer Vision or related AI technologies
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
- Solid understanding of Scalable System Design
- Experience in AI Architecture and Solution Design
- Experience in Technical Leadership and Team Mentoring
- Experience working with International Clients and Global Teams
- Experience in Client-Facing AI Solutioning and POC Presentations
- Strong Client-Facing Communication
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills

Preferred Profile Candidates should have a strong combination of AI/ML development, Python programming, AI solution architecture, POC development, project delivery, and technical leadership experience. Candidates with hands-on experience in taking AI/ML POCs from ideation and prototyping through validation and production deployment , along with strong international client-facing experience , will be relevant for this role.
