AI LLM Delivery Manager (Zoology/Botany/Mycology)

Key Responsibilities

- Production Operations Management: Lead end-to-end production operations for large-scale AI/ML data programs, ensuring delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLA), Turnaround Time (TAT), quality, productivity, and cost targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage large production teams, driving performance through effective people management, coaching, capability development, and performance management.
- Workforce Planning: Own workforce planning, capacity forecasting, staffing, resource allocation, utilization, shrinkage, absenteeism, and attrition management.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor production volumes, productivity, backlog, utilization, quality, and operational KPIs through dashboards and management reports.
- Talent Collaboration: Ensure optimal manpower availability by working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring plans, onboarding, ramp-up, and workforce requirements.
- Operational Improvements: Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce attrition and shrinkage, optimize utilization, and enhance overall operational efficiency.




- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with AI/ML, Technology, Data Science, Quality, Training, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Program Management teams to resolve operational and technical challenges.
- Program Launches: Lead new program launches, transitions, pilots, and large-scale production ramp-ups while ensuring operational readiness.
- Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Production Management, AI Data Operations, or related fields.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Mycology, or a related domain.
- Location: Noida (Work from home available).
- Compensation: Up to 38 LPA.

Skills Required

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
