Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions for real estate use cases such as:

Property price prediction and valuation models

Demand forecasting and market trend analysis

Lead scoring and customer segmentation

Chatbots and virtual assistants for customer engagement

Build and manage a team of data scientists and ML engineers

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify AI opportunities

Develop recommendation systems for property matching (buyers/renters)

Implement predictive analytics for inventory management and sales pipeline optimization

Ensure high-quality data pipelines from CRM, property listings, and third-party sources

Drive adoption of AI tools across the organization

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices

Stay updated on advancements in AI, especially Natural Language Processing and geospatial analytics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

6–10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with leadership experience

Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,



or GCP)

Solid business understanding, preferably in real estate, property tech (PropTech), or related domains

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in real estate analytics, property pricing models, or GIS data

Knowledge of recommendation engines and personalization systems

Familiarity with Computer Vision (e.g., property image analysis)

Experience integrating AI with CRM and ERP systems

Exposure to MLOps and model deployment pipelines
