Responsibilities

- Technical Expertise:

- Provide alignment and be responsible for the output of Cloud and AI platform within the aapplication ddevelopment.

- Implement AI platform strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business and product objectives.

- Contribute to the definition of applications development policies, standards, and procedures.

- Project Delivery:

- Execute software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Execute project plans and application designs to ensure projects are aligned with standards and IT strategy.

- Follow the design principles, and development best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and effective solutions, collaborating with other senior leads.

Requirements

- Experience:

- 6 - 8 years in software/data engineering roles, with a strong track record in cloud-native data solutions and 1+ years of hands-on AI project experience.

- Expertise in one of the programming languages (preferably python)

- Experience in AI systems and tools such as RAG, AI Gateway, MCP, Guardrails,



Vector stores in AWS or similar cloud provider.

- Proven expertise in AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, IAM, KMS, API Gateway, EC2, Containers).

- Preferably hands-on experience with Terraform (or similar IaC tools) for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Exposure to Gen-AI development environment such as Azure AI, AWS Bedrock or GCP.

- Experience in using AI productivity tools such as Cursor and exposure to Prompt Engineering.

- Leadership & Communication:

- Demonstrated ability to convert ideas to product components.

- Ability to actively contribute to technical discussions and influence decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Desirable:

- Experience working in regulated environments or with multi-region/multi-currency systems.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative delivery.

- Exposure to Jira or similar project management tools.
