Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with robust expertise in Python, AI/ML development, AWS Bedrock and cloud-based application deployment. The role combines machine learning, generative AI, backend/API engineering, cloud infrastructure and data engineering to build, integrate and deploy scalable AI solutions in production environments.

Core Responsibilities :

AI &

- Machine Learning Development :
- Develop, train, fine-tune and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn and NumPy.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP and computer vision.
- Integrate and utilize pre-trained AI models, including capabilities available through AWS Bedrock.
- Optimize AI model performance, scalability, reliability and efficiency.

Backend Development &

- API Integration :
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI for AI model deployment.
- Implement robust microservices architectures for AI-powered applications.
- Ensure secure, efficient and scalable backend services.

Cloud &

- DevOps :
- Deploy AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and AWS services including S3, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS/EKS and IAM.
- Manage cloud infrastructure provisioning, cost optimization,



security and operational reliability.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for reliable and repeatable AI model deployment.
- Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments and orchestration.

Database &

- Data Engineering :
- Design, query and optimize PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB and MongoDB databases.
- Develop and automate data pipelines using Apache Airflow, AWS Glue or Spark.
- Implement ETL processes for AI and application data handling.

Collaboration &

- Documentation :
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product stakeholders to integrate AI into applications.
- Write clear documentation for models, workflows, APIs and deployment processes.
- Explain AI concepts and technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders when required.

Essential Requirements :

Programming &

- AI Development :
- 5 years of professional Python development experience with an AI/ML focus.
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch and scikit-learn.
- Experience with neural networks, NLP, LLMs, RAG and/or computer vision.

Backend &

- API Development :
- Experience developing RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI.
