Job Summary

Brainilab Techno Hub is looking for an AI Developer who is interested in building practical AI and machine learning solutions and developing the backend systems that power them.

This role is suitable for freshers and early-career developers who have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, backend development, and emerging technologies.

You will work on real-world technology projects and collaborate with the team to turn ideas into functional, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and integrate AI and Machine Learning solutions for real-world applications.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Work with Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Prepare, process, and analyse data for machine learning applications.
- Experiment with AI/ML models and evaluate their performance.
- Integrate AI models into web applications and backend systems.
- Debug, test, and improve application performance and reliability.
- Work with the team to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Stay updated with developments in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and backend technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.




- Strong interest in AI and Machine Learning.
- Basic to positive knowledge of Python.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Basic understanding of backend development and APIs.
- Familiarity with databases and web technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and solve problems independently.
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Freshers Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with academic projects, personal AI/ML projects, GitHub projects, internships, or practical experience in Python/AI/ML will be considered.

Good to Have

- Experience with libraries/frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, or NumPy.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Knowledge of SQL or other databases.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or AI APIs.
- Experience deploying applications or ML models.
