Role Description The AI Creative and Strategist will be responsible for concepting and designing AI-driven creative content, experiences, and content for a variety of projects. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai and Bangalore involves collaborating with writers, designers, technologists, and brand partners to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies.

Day-to-day work includes researching trends in AI and digital storytelling, developing creative and brand strategy decks, writing prompts and narrative frameworks for AI tools, and refining outputs to match brand voice and goals. The role also includes presenting ideas to internal stakeholders, iterating based on feedback,



and ensuring that all creative work aligns with project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to lead concept development and shape the overall creative vision.
- Experience in Brand Strategy, with the ability to translate brand positioning into cohesive narratives and campaigns.
- Advanced Writing skills, including the ability to craft explicit prompts, scripts, and copy adapted to diverse formats and audiences.
- Solid Research skills to explore audience insights, cultural trends, and new AI tools or methodologies that inform creative work.
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., text, image, and video models) and an interest in emerging creative technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team, communicate ideas clearly, and present work to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, Advertising, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a creative agency, production house, or content-focused organization is preferred.
