Job Summary

Tathastu Resorts is looking for a highly proactive and technically proficient AI & Business Technology Executive to help integrate Artificial Intelligence, automation, data, and digital technologies across the organisation. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands AI beyond basic prompting and can identify practical business applications, build workflows, automate repetitive processes, analyse data, develop digital solutions, and improve the way teams work. The role will work closely with the marketing and business leadership team and will have significant involvement across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Communications.

We are looking for someone who can independently understand a business requirement, research potential solutions, experiment with new technologies, build and implement solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation

- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Communications.
- Build AI-powered workflows for research, content creation, reporting, lead management, customer communication, and internal processes.
- Develop effective prompts, reusable workflows, AI assistants, agents, and internal AI tools.
- Explore opportunities to connect AI platforms with existing business systems and processes.
- Automate repetitive and time-consuming activities to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Continuously research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their practical business applications.
- Test, document, and improve AI workflows before implementing them across teams.

Data, Research & Web Scraping

- Collect, clean, structure, and analyse data from online and internal sources.




- Develop and maintain web-scraping and data-extraction workflows where appropriate and compliant with applicable terms and regulations.
- Conduct competitor, market, customer, and digital-performance research.
- Convert data into actionable insights for business and marketing decisions.
- Build dashboards, reports, and automated reporting systems.
- Work extensively with Excel / Google Sheets, CRM softwares, databases, and data-visualisation tools.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency with AI tools – mandatory
- Practical understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, AI assistants, agents, and AI-assisted workflows
- Understanding of coding, web-development or UI/UX principles
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and software integrations
- Experience with web scraping and data extraction
- Solid proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and data handling
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to independently research and learn new software, platforms, and technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions

Preferred Technical Skills Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:

Experience 2–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.

Demonstrated capability will be valued more than years of experience alone.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate examples of work they have personally built or implemented. A portfolio, project demonstrations, or examples of previous work will strengthen the application.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline preferred.
