AI / Automation Engineer – Apparel Manufacturing & Export House

We are looking to hire a talented AI graduate from IIT to help us build AI-driven solutions and automation systems across our apparel manufacturing and merchandising business.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the leadership team and create real business impact by applying AI, automation and technology to real-world business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to introduce AI and automation across business processes
- Develop AI-driven tools and solutions for manufacturing, merchandising and operations
- Automate repetitive and manual workflows
- Work with teams to understand business challenges and develop technology-led solutions
- Explore and implement LLMs, AI agents, APIs and automation tools
- Develop prototypes and convert successful solutions into practical business applications




- Analyse business data and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Work closely with leadership to execute AI transformation initiatives

Ideal Candidate
- B.Tech / M.Tech / relevant AI/ML degree from IIT
- Min 3years experience
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Python, AI/ML, LLMs and automation
- Familiarity with APIs, databases and AI tools will be an advantage
- Strong curiosity to understand business processes and solve real-world problems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
