Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and appoint Health Insurance Advisors/Agents in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain a strong agency advisor network to drive business growth.
- Generate business through advisors by providing regular training, coaching and field support.
- Activate new advisors and ensure consistent business productivity from existing advisors.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual business targets through the agency channel.
- Conduct regular meetings with advisors to discuss sales performance, product updates and business plans.
- Generate leads and support advisors in prospecting, customer meetings and conversions.
- Ensure proper understanding and implementation of insurance products, processes and compliance guidelines.
- Track advisor performance through business, activation, productivity, persistency and renewal parameters.
- Focus on customer retention, renewal collections and persistency through the advisor network.
- Monitor advisor-wise and branch-wise performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Identify low-performing advisors and implement appropriate development and activation plans.
- Build strong relationships with advisors and motivate them to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions on products, sales techniques, need-based selling and customer handling.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, underwriting, operations, claims and customer service.
- Develop the assigned market through local networking, references and business generation activities.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience in Life Insurance / Agency / BFSI sales.
- Experience in Agency Channel will be preferred.
- Strong experience in advisor recruitment, activation and business generation.
- Good communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.
- Comfortable with field sales and market visits.
