Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with advisors
- Generate business through the agency channel
- Achieve recruitment and business targets
- Conduct field visits and advisor meetings
- Train, motivate and support advisors
- Maintain regular sales reports and MIS
Candidate Profile:
