You will be the architect of our partner ecosystem, leveraging established affiliate platforms, launching company accounts, tapping into your existing distribution network, and unlocking completely new referral pipelines.

What You’ll Do

1. Build & Scale the Affiliate Engine

Launch & Manage Affiliate Channels: Setup, structure,



and optimize Chop Finance accounts across major affiliate networks, creator marketplaces, and fintech distribution hubs.

Leverage Personal & Partner Distribution: Monetize your existing network, tap into industry connections, and build partnerships with business influencers, tax/CA communities, co-working spaces, incubator networks, and digital platforms.

Campaign & Commission Strategy: Design performance-driven affiliate payouts, referral tiers, and co-marketing collateral that make promoting Chop Finance irresistible to partners.

2. Own the Full Customer Lifecycle

- Inbound & Referral Conversion: Take complete charge of leads generated through your affiliate and partner ecosystems.
- Consultative Selling: Jump on discovery and conversion calls with budding entrepreneurs, early-stage founders, and established MSMEs. Decode what they need—whether it’s Private Limited registration, GST filings, routine accounting, or annual compliance audits.
- Deal Closing: Pitch Chop Finance’s modern compliance stack, resolve objections, structure tailored service packages, and close high-value annual and monthly retainer contracts.
- Onboarding & Relationship Retention: Ensure a seamless transition into our ecosystem. Work with internal finance experts to provide white-glove onboarding, maintain regular client touchpoints, ensure retention,



and identify cross-selling opportunities as their businesses expand.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven Distribution Track Record: Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, partner growth, or performance-based referral channels, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, qualified services, or legal/tax tech.
- Full-Funnel Sales Acumen: Strong conversational and deal-closing skills. You are confident speaking with founders and business owners, understanding their pain points, and closing agreements over calls.
- Network & Leverage: You have an active network, direct access to affiliate platforms, or a proven playbook for building high-converting partner funnels from ground zero.
- Entrepreneurial Grit: You act like an owner. You don’t wait for playbooks; you test channels, optimize conversions, iterate rapidly, and run after revenue targets.
- Familiarity with the MSME/Startup Landscape: A solid grasp of basic business services (incorporation, GST, accounting, corporate compliance) or the ability to master them quickly.
