About the Role

Femora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a performance-driven Ads / PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across e-commerce and digital platforms, with a focus on driving online sales and improving ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, and ad performance.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and sales.
- Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity, search terms, and marketplace opportunities.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
- Conduct basic A/B testing of ads, creatives, keywords, and targeting.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Design, Content, and Sales teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly PPC performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Support advertising campaigns during marketplace promotions and sales events.

Required Skills





- Good understanding of PPC / Performance Marketing.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with budgets and performance targets.
- Amazon PPC experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in PPC, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or E-commerce Advertising.
- Freshers with relevant certifications/internships may also be considered.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC, depending on experience and skills.
