Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students, convert leads into admissions, and support the academy in achieving its admission targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and suitable learning programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and provide complete course information.
- Conduct counselling sessions and explain course fees, duration, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Support and guide junior admission counsellors in improving their performance.




- Share daily and weekly admission reports with management.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for effective lead management.
- Maintain a positive and professional student experience throughout the admission process.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, inside sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize follow-ups.
- Experience in the education/training industry will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
