We are looking for Academic Counselors to join our team in Bengaluru. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with students and helping them make the right academic decisions, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, programs and academic opportunities
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Handle student queries through calls and other communication channels
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process
- Build solid relationships with students and parents
- Maintain accurate student/lead records in CRM




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment and onboarding
- Achieve assigned performance goals and maintain regular follow-ups

Requirements

✅ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

✅ Graduation in any discipline

✅ Excellent English & Hindi communication is mandatory

✅ Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

✅ Good counselling and relationship-building abilities

✅ Comfortable with calls, follow-ups and student interaction

✅ Positive, confident and target-oriented approach

? Salary:

Freshers – Up to ₹28,000/month

Experienced – Up to ₹45,000/month, depending on experience and suitability
