About the Role

College Guru is looking for an Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding suitable courses, colleges, and admission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle company-provided qualified leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand students’ academic background, interests, and admission requirements.
- Provide accurate information about suitable courses, colleges, and admission processes.
- Counsel students and parents and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
- Convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Work towards monthly sales commitments.




- Performance above the monthly commitment will be eligible for additional incentives.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Admission Counselling, Academic Counselling, Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Inside Sales preferred.
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to interact professionally with students and parents.
- Malayalam – Mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Hindi/Tamil – Added advantage.
