nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an Admission Counsellor with maximum 2-3 years of experience to guide students and parents through our online tutoring and study-abroad offerings. The role involves understanding each student's goals, explaining the right program clearly, and supporting them from first enquiry through to enrolment.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Counsel students and parents on suitable online tutoring programs or study-abroad options based on their goals.

n• Handle enquiries via calls, chats and walk-ins; explain courses, fees, process and timelines clearly.

n• Guide students through the application/enrolment process, including documentation where relevant.

n• Follow up consistently with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.

n• Address doubts and concerns from parents and students with patience and clarity.

n• Maintain accurate records of enquiries,



follow-ups and enrolment status in the CRM/tracker.

n• Coordinate with the academic/operations team to ensure a smooth handover post-enrolment.

nWho We're Looking For

n• Excellent communication skills — transparent, patient and persuasive with both students and parents.

n• Good understanding (or willingness to quickly learn) of online tutoring programs and study-abroad processes.

n• Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline.

n• Organized, with basic computer/CRM skills.

nQualifications

n• Graduate in any discipline; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

nPrior experience in counselling, admissions or education sales is an advantage

nSalary Offered: 25,000-35,000 INR
