1. Coordinate routine office supplies, housekeeping, facility requests and assigned vendor follow-ups.
2. Maintain utility, service and administrative trackers and raise reminders for renewals or pending requests.
3. Collect bills, receipts and supporting documents, checking completeness before routing them to the appropriate reviewer.
4. Match expenses and vendor bills to available approved requests, orders or service evidence, and obtain missing documents.
5. Enter authorised basic transactions in Tally or the assigned accounting records under the Accounts team's supervision.
6. Maintain the assigned petty-cash book, advance or IOU register and cash-in-hand statement with supporting vouchers.
7. Assist with vendor, expense and bank-reconciliation workings and escalate differences to the Accounts owner.

Maintain assigned asset, consumable or material receipt-and-issue records, retaining handover acknowledgements.
9. Coordinate payment paperwork and follow-ups with Accounts without independently authorising payments or changing financial records without support.
10. Scan, index and file administrative and accounting documents and maintain access confidentiality.
11. Prepare daily or periodic MIS covering expenses, supplies, open requests and pending documents, and escalate unresolved matters to the respective functional owner.

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
