Job Summary

Responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records of receivables, and supporting the overall cash flow management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Generate and share customer statements and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and identify overdue accounts.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues.
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding payment status.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and collection activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Post customer receipts and allocate payments accurately in ERP/accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and collection procedures.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
