JOB PROFILE ACCOUNTS RECONCILIATION EXECUTIVE

Designation: Accounts Reconciliation Executive / Senior Executive Accounts

Location: Faridabad

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: B.Com

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Reconcile customer/client accounts with the company's books of accounts and ledgers.
- Verify customer ledger balances, outstanding payments, invoices, debit/credit notes, receipts and other accounting transactions.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between client records and company accounts.
- Coordinate with customers, their Accounts/Finance teams and internal departments for timely reconciliation.
- Visit customer locations, whenever required, for physical/personal account reconciliation and settlement of differences.
- Prepare reconciliation statements and maintain proper documentation of reconciled/unreconciled items.
- Follow up with customers for pending confirmations, disputed entries and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Commercial and other concerned departments to resolve account-related issues.




- Prepare regular MIS/reports on customer reconciliation status and pending issues.
- Candidate should be willing to travel to customer locations and outstation locations as required.

Candidate Profile

- B. Com graduate with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in customer/vendor account reconciliation.
- Robust practical knowledge of ledger reconciliation, outstanding reconciliation, debit/credit notes and account confirmation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/SAP – S4 HANA / ERP software.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Should be comfortable interacting directly with customer Accounts/Finance teams.
- Must have own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Should be willing to travel to outstation customer locations for reconciliation work.
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling reconciliation assignments from start to closure.

Compensation 35,000 – 45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
