Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – Accounts Payable

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent

Department: Finance & Accounts

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Reporting To: MD / President – Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Accounts Payable (AP) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function.
- Handle PO / GRN / GRIR / Invoice 3-way matching.
- Manage vendor invoice processing, verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor vendor ledgers, ageing and outstanding balances.
- Plan weekly/monthly vendor payments and coordinate with Treasury.
- Monitor working capital and creditors days.
- Manage vendor advances and adjustments.
- Handle GST / TDS-related AP compliance and reconciliation.
- Manage GR/IR, unbilled liabilities and month-end AP closing.
- Maintain and control vendor master data.
- Support Statutory / Internal / Tax Audits.
- Prepare AP MIS and management reports.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Lead, supervise and manage the AP team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and P2P operations, vendor reconciliation, payment planning and working capital management.

Industry Preference: Manufacturing background is preferred
