Designation: Accounts Manager

Location: Sindhubhavan, S. G, Highway, Ahmedabad

KRA:

Manage all accounting operations including billing, payroll review, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, reconciliation of daily receipts, and revenue recognition.

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

Analyse financial data based on the retail market trend.

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial MIS reports.

Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and payment of statutory compliances.

Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Manage cash flow.

Stakeholder management.

Debt management and ensuring all timely repayments.

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

Manage and comply with local, state, and government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Develop, document, and monitor business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Supervise and prepare income statements.





Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.

Managing Team.

Reconciliation of daily sales.

Vendor Payment and vendor ledger reconciliation.

Reconciliation of franchise Commission.

Preparing monthly store wise P&L.;

TDS, GST & other monthly statuary compliances knowledge.

Finalisation of Books of Accounts.

Prerequisites

Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial data analysis.

Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.

Experience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes.

Ability to learn the current software and processes quickly.

Sound knowledge of Taxation, Accounting, & MS Office (mainly MS Excel and MS Word.)
