Accounts Manager

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of accounting and statutory compliance

Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Candidates with Manufacturing Industry experience will be preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts
- Prepare and verify sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements
- Handle GST compliance, including GST returns, input tax credit reconciliation and GST-related documentation
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment and return filing
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper records
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits




- Support in finalization of accounts and preparation of schedules
- Check invoices, vouchers, purchase bills and supporting documents
- Monitor cash flow and day-to-day financial transactions
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports as required
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers and other external parties when required

Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of GST & TDS
- Good knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Income Tax and statutory compliance
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage accounts independently
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple accounting activities
