Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST & TDS compliance, billing, stock records, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, e-way bills, invoicing, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting entries in Tally

Generate and manage sales & purchase invoices

Handle GST calculations, reconciliation & filing

Handle TDS calculations, returns & compliance

Create and manage E-way Bills

Maintain purchase, sales, expense & payment records

Manage stock/inventory records and reconciliation

Maintain customer & vendor ledgers

Bank reconciliation and transaction entries

Prepare GST, TDS, stock & financial reports

Coordinate with CA/accounting consultants when required

Ensure accurate and timely accounting documentation

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Tally

Strong knowledge of GST & TDS





Experience in GST & TDS return filing

Knowledge of E-way Bill creation

Strong understanding of billing & invoicing

Experience in stock/inventory management

Good knowledge of Excel

Bank reconciliation & ledger management

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Organized and process-driven

Preferred

1–5 years of experience in Accounts

Experience in FMCG / Trading / Food Distribution is preferred

Experience working with CA/accounting consultants

Knowledge of import/export accounting is an added advantage

Ideal Candidate

Someone who can independently handle Billing → Tally → GST → TDS → E-way Bills → Stock → Reconciliation → Reports and keep the company's accounts and records accurate and up to date

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Diploma (Preferred)
