Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our accounting and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of GST filing, TDS, and day-to-day accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) on time
- Maintain reconciliation between books and GST portal
- Assist with TDS deduction, payment, and return filing
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in software (Tally/Zoho/others)
- Maintain documentation for invoices, vouchers, bills, and receipts




- Perform bank reconciliations and support audit preparations
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements
- Stay updated with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of GST laws and return filing
- Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, or similar software
- Familiarity with TDS, invoice matching, and reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

- Understanding of e-invoicing and e-way bills
- Exposure to compliance audits and internal reporting
- Good Excel skills and knowledge of accounting principles
