We’re Hiring | US Accounting Associate

Are you from a Commerce/Accounting background and looking to build a career in US Accounting?

We’re looking for motivated individuals who have a strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and are willing to learn and work with US accounting practices and software.

This is a excellent opportunity for:

- B.Com / Commerce graduates and final-year students
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals
- Candidates with experience in Indian accounting
- Accountants looking to transition into US Accounting
- Candidates who are eager to learn US accounting software and processes

What You’ll Do

- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities
- Work on US-based client accounts
- Learn and work with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and other US accounting tools
- Handle bank and credit-card reconciliations
- Record and categorize financial transactions
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and general bookkeeping
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Learn US accounting practices, processes, and reporting standards

What We’re Looking For





- Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts
- B.Com, BBA (Finance/Accounting), or Commerce background preferred
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior Indian accounting experience is an added advantage
- Prior experience with QuickBooks/Xero is a plus, but not mandatory
