KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software
- Process vendor payments—get approval, pay
- Daily bank reconciliation—match bank statement to books
- Manage petty cash—disbursement, recording, reconciliation
- Prepare and file vendor invoices with proper documentation
- Support monthly P&L; preparation with GM Finance
- Handle TDS deduction at source for vendor payments
- Prepare store-wise expense reports
- Coordinate with stores on cash deposit verification
- Support audit requirements—document retrieval, explanations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
