We are looking for a energetic, detail-oriented, and proficient Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations at our Charni Road office. The ideal candidate will have complete knowledge of traditional and computer-based accounting systems. We are looking for a young professional (preferred age bracket: 25-30 years) who can independently handle accounts, manage banking operations, and collaborate effectively with our Chartered Accountant (CA).

Role & responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily accounts accurately.
- Handle end-to-end banking operations, including preparing cheques, updating passbooks, bank reconciliations, and coordinating with bank officials.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Prepare and process payroll, track employee expenses, and manage petty cash.




- Assist in the preparation of statutory compliance requirements such as GST, TDS, and taxtilings.
- Coordinate closely with the company's Chartered Accountant (CA) for year-end financials closure, audit preparations, and tax finalization.
- Visit the CA's office (or bank branches) as required for official documentation, coordination, and meetings.
- Generate weekly and monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets for the management team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in commerce (Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (both spoken and written communication)
- Advanced proficiency in Tally (Prime/ERP 9) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
