Job Purpose He/She will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts, financial records, statutory compliance, cash flow, banking activities, project costing, and commercial documentation. The role will also support administrative activities related to attendance, asset insurance, and staff welfare.

Roles and Responsibilities • Maintain complete books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

- Prepare quotations, invoices, bills, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and receipts.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and employee salary processing.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances and audits.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Monitor receivables and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Prepare and manage cash flow planning and fund requirements.
- Track project costing,



including quotation versus actual cost, and monitor expenses.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and submit MIS reports to management.
- Handle banking transactions and financial approvals.
- Monitor attendance in line with company policies and labour regulations.
- Build and maintain the company’s asset insurance system.
- Coordinate staff welfare-related activities.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, commercial operations, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Required Skills • Robust knowledge of accounting and financial management.

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
