Job Purpose To manage the Accounts function, including a 5-member team, ensuring accurate financial accounting, branch accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, cash-flow management, budgeting and taxation.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including sales invoicing, purchase and expense booking, collections, vendor payments, vendor management, and bank reconciliation.

· Process salary and payroll, including tax calculations and related accounting entries.

· Handle petty cash management, including maintaining records, vouchers, and reconciliation.

· Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts and provide necessary MIS and financial information.

· Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, and other applicable compliances.

· Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and provide the required documents, schedules, and information to auditors.

· Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collections and payments, along with regular follow-ups.

· Prepare management reports and MIS for review of financial performance and business operations.

· Handle import documentation and coordination related to import clearance.

· Maintain proper accounting records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.





· Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, banks, auditors, and statutory authorities as required.

· Perform other accounts and finance-related activities assigned by Senior Management.

· Branch Accounting and co-ordinate with 5 members team.

Required Experience

· 5 years of relevant experience in an Accounts/Finance role, preferably in a manufacturing company.

· Hands-on experience in Tally ERP, BUSY Accounting Software & Advanced Microsoft Excel is required.

· Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, payroll, and other statutory compliances.

· Experience in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end account closing.

· Experience in bank reconciliation, receivables, payables, invoicing, vendor payments, and MIS reporting.

· Exposure to import documentation and clearance procedures will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
