Role & responsibilities

1. Completion of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, GST Audit, Cost Audit,Tax Audit , Statistical Audit on time
2. Adherence to regulatory requirements and compliances

3. Meeting CARO requirements
4. Preparation of budget projections based on the inputs received from Operation team

5.Variance Analysis of Actual vs. Budget
1. Review of Capital Expenditure - Actual Vs Budget
2. Monthly financial reports on time (MIS, B/S and P&L;) as per the timelines circulated by Corporate finance
3. Adherence to Accounting standards at unit level
4. Quarterly Notes to the accounts with Accounting Policy for the last quarter along with the financials
5. Ensuring completion/closing of books on real time/daily/monthly & yearly basis
6. Review of monthly/Quarterly/Yearly financials of Unit Highlighting and discussing the exceptions
7. Calculation/review of ROCE of the Unit
8. Forecasting of the Cash flow monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis
9. Review of the Cash flow on Daily, Monthly and yearly basis

Statutory/ Regulatory compliances (Direct and Indirect Taxes) including filing of returns as due dates
11. Timely deposit of EPF, ESI, and Local Taxes challan deposits.
12. Stock statement including Receivable, Payable and advances etc. 18. Review Price Increase / Decrease impact from customers & Suppliers 19. COGS Reconciliation with standard consumption

13. Internal Control Compliance
14. Review of the fixed assets verification done in once in 2 years
15. Monthly/ Quartely data preparation for MRM/ SLT/ SMG Meetings 23. Regularly review and report inventory ageing to the Management. 24. Review and Reporting the gap in the physical verification of the Inventory to the management for necessary action.
16. Review of Customer and supplier Reconiliations and price increase / decrease workings and Customer/suppliers PO amendments tracking 26. Training, guidance and evaluation to own team.
